About Us

JaxHomeSpy, LLC has been performing home inspectons in greater Jacksonville, Florida for more than three years. We are a locally-owned company and proud to serve in our community. With a strong knowledge of construction and top-notch home inspection training, we are highly qualified and equipped to handle any home inspection.

We have completed many different types of inspections.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system, and plumbing.  We will notify you, the client, of any item that is noted.  We provide quality color photos with every inspection.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

Our lead inspector, Mike Jewett, provides honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism and service.

Certified Home Inspector, certified by Alliance Inspection School, Jacksonville, Florida

ASHI candidate member # 249544.

Qualified Inspector for Granite Construction Inspections.

Annual continuing education courses.
 

Don Paul Swain's Qualifications:

10 Years' Experience as builder, including remodels, renovations, and repairs; new construction
