Inspectionary
By MikeJewett - Posted on May 7th, 2009
To go in conjunction with my Home Inspection Wiki, the free home inspection encyclopedia that anyone can contribute to, I now have created the Inspectionary - The Home Inspection Dictionary.
It will be a resource listing terms related to the home inspection business, and eventually, when it has enough entries, I will be publishing it and distributing it to clients of home inspections that JaxHomeSpy, LLC performs in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area.
Feel free to email me your terms, with a definition and a photo, and I will be sure to give credit with a link to your website, if you have one.
I look forward to your contributions!
Mike, this is a great idea. I like the term, very clever. I will try to come up with a few nad send you a message, good luck with this. Ian
Mike - I would love to participate in this! Great idea! Let me know the format and what you want to do and I will be happy to help out.
You might also check out Dan Friedman's Inspectapedia, which is probably different than you have in mind, but you will not want to copy for copyright reasons.
Jay- any format you like is fine. Veru informal for now. Term, definition or description, and an applicable photo (if you have a photo from an inspection, even better!)
Thanks for the comment!
